Delicious Mango, Orange & Lemon Smoothie Recipe
Spring is always for me a period of transition from heavy and warm meals to eating salads non-stop in the summertime. I love to kick off this season with easy and delicious smoothies. That’s why I decided to share with you some of my favourite smoothie recipes.
This one is based on mango, oranges and lemons!

Here is what you will need for this recipe:
- ½ fresh mango
- 1 orange (peeled)
- 1 turmeric root
- 1 lemon (peeled)
- A few leaves of fresh mint
- 2 cups of water
Directions
Simply add everything into a blender. I did not know that the blender can influence so much of how your smoothie is going to turn out. Since my older blender decided to end its life, I have bought a new one. I went for Philips ProBlend 6. It does a great job!
